60 Deadlifts, 185/135 lbs.

400m Rum

40 Front Squats, 185/135 lbs.

40 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs.

400m Run

20 Front Squats, 225/155 lbs.

20 Deadlifts, 315/225 lbs.

- 1 barbell per team

- the bar cannot touch the ground (deadlifts must be touch & go)

- if the bar is dropped, the whole team must stop and do 15 burpees
