Teams of 4, for time-

4 Rounds-

    40 Pull Ups (only 2 people work per round, 1 person working at a time)

    20 Synchronized Burpees (all 4 people together)

40 kcal Row (total, anyone can row)

4 Rounds-

    40 Squat Cleans, 115/75 lbs. (only 2 people work per round, 1 person working at a time)

    20 Synchronized HR Push Ups (all 4 people together)

80 kcal Row (total, anyone can row)

* while 2 people are working on pull ups, the other 2 people will hold a wall sit

* while 2 people are working on squat cleans, the other 2 people will hang from a pull up bar

* each round switch which 2 people do pull ups/squat cleans so that each person works on each of those movements twice, and does a wall sit/bar hang the other two times
