Form teams of 4 (preferably 2 guys, 2 gals)

For time,

As individuals, complete "Jude"-

6 RFT-

6 Cleans, 135/95 lbs.

6 Pull Ups

6 Burpees

* Comp: squat cleans, c2b, OTB burpees

Then as a team,

200 kcal Row

1 Mile Run carrying one 15#, one 25#, and one 45# plate

*as soon as one team member finishes "Jude", they can start the row then other team members join as they finish "Jude"

*switch as needed on the rower

*on the run, the entire team must run together and anyone can carry any plate(s), switch as needed
