20 Plank Pull Thrus (Holding the plank position, drag your DB/KB from one side of your body to the other while keeping your midline as tight (still) as possible)

10 Angel Presses (each side) (Start by sitting down with your feet in front of you and knees bent, holding your kettlebell overhead. Slowly lower towards the floor, rolling your spine and trying to make contact with the floor one vertebrae at a time, while bringing the kettlebell down to your chest. Then contract your abs to raise your torso back up while simultaneously extending the KB back overhead.)
