  • CrossFit 1 month unlimited - $150
  • CrossFit 6 month unlimited - $750

*These classes are limited to individuals who have successfully completed our On-Ramp program, or have previous CrossFit experience.  If you are new to this program, please register for our On-Ramp classes.

On-Ramp Classes

$150 On-Ramp classes are specifically designed for individuals who are new to CrossFit.  These classes begin the first week of each month and are held twice a week. After completion of the On-Ramp program, you may enter regular CrossFit classes.

Personal Training

  • 1 hour - $40
  • 30 minutes - $30

Personal Training Packages

  • 50 1 hour sessions - $1,750
  • 100 1 hour sessions - $3,000
  • 140 1 hour sessions - $3,500

On Monday, September 4th, we will only have classes at 10 am and noon in observance of Labor Day.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE SUMMER RUMBLE... The athlete briefing will begin at 8:30 this Saturday morning.  This will allow for plenty of time to explain the workouts, answer questions, and warm up before the first heat starts at 9 am. Please arrive at least a few minutes before 8:30 to get your heat assignment and pick

We are excited to announce that on July 15th we are hosting an Active Life RX Bulletproof workshop! Improve your training by identifying your limitations, and learning techniques to become a more "bulletproof" athlete- training consistently, gaining strength, and avoiding injury. Everyone who attends the workshop will also receive a free month of Bulletproof programming....
There will be NO CLASSES this Saturday, June 17th. Instead head out to Lumber City CrossFit in NT to support our 20 athletes competing in the 2017 Summer Classic!!!
