These classes are for individuals who have successfully completed our On-Ramp program, or have previous CrossFit experience. To register, sign up on ZenPlanner.

On-Ramp Classes
On-Ramp is specifically designed for individuals who are new to CrossFit. On-Ramp is a 4-week program that includes 3 personalized sessions with a coach before transitioning to regular classes for the rest of the duration. This structured approach ensures that participants receive individual attention and guidance, setting them up for success as they progress to more advanced levels. Personal Training
Not quite ready for group classes or feel like you need personal attention? Try one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches. Your personal coach will use their experience in CrossFit methodology to put together thoughtful programming to help you achieve your fitness goals whether it’s to work on specific weaknesses, recover from a previous injury, or just make the move from off the couch toward regaining your former health and wellness.
