*These classes are limited to individuals who have successfully completed our On-Ramp program, or have previous CrossFit experience. If you are new to this program, please register for our On-Ramp classes.
$160 On-Ramp classes are specifically designed for individuals who are new to CrossFit. These classes begin the first week of each month and are held twice a week. After completion of the On-Ramp program, you may enter regular CrossFit classes.
Not quite ready for group classes or feel like you need personal attention? Try one-on-one sessions with one of our elite trainers. Your personal coach will use their experience in CrossFit methodology to put together thoughtful programming to help you achieve your fitness goals whether it’s to work on specific weaknesses, recover from a previous injury, or just make the move from off the couch toward regaining your former health and wellness.
